It’s late at night in early December and a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officer spots a vehicle shining a spotlight on several fields.
Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer discovers a loaded hunting rifle and fresh deer blood on a rack attached to the back of the truck.
Further investigative efforts unveil the fact that the hunter doesn’t possess a valid hunting license and is also issued a citation for night hunting.
