Rainbows of powder flew through the air at Navarre Beach Saturday, Oct. 22, at the Dead Pirate Color Run 5K organized by the Krewe of the Karibbean.
This casual run had a turnout of all ages from 3-year-olds who rode in strollers to serious runners who wanted to stretch their legs. Roughly 60 runners signed on for the event.
Registration was $30, and the krewe plans to donate proceeds to the National Campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness.
