The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is currently seeking input from the public on proposed changes to the Gag and Black Grouper Recreational Management Measures in the Gulf of Mexico.
Three changes are being proposed by the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council, including two that revolve around the minimum size limit of the fish. The other is in regards to the season.
