REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
ENGINEERING DESIGN AND PERMITTING SERVICES SANTA ROSA COUNTY JAIL GEOTHERMAL HVAC
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is calling for and requesting qualifications for the engineering, design, and permitting services to develop a Geothermal Heat Pump Closed-Loop Hybrid HVAC system on behalf of the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office and Jail Complex located at 5755 East Milton Rd. in Milton, Florida. This project is to develop a Geothermal Heat Pump Closed-Loop Hybrid HVAC system with the incorporation of a dedicated geothermal water heating system to replace the existing heating/cooling and ventilation space conditioning and domestic water heating system.
All responses must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 1:00 p.m., November 16, 2017, at which time will be publicly opened. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. Emailed bid responses will be rejected. Only responses received by the aforestated time and date will be considered. Responses received after the time set for opening will be rejected and returned to the submitter. Responses shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “RFQ 17-063 SANTA ROSA COUNTY JAIL GEOTHERMAL HVAC”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and FOUR (4) copies labeled “COPY” (5 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
All proposals shall be considered in accordance with the Florida Competitive Consultant Negotiations Act. (F.S. 287.055)
