NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida, will receive sealed proposals for a modern inclusive/intergenerational playground to be placed at the Holley Ball Park, 3146 Bob Tolbert Road, Navarre, FL 32566; a community passive park with currently no playground equipment. The playground will be constructed in three (3) phases. This proposal will be for the first (1st) phase and will address ages 2-5. Phase 1 will utilize Engineered Wood Fiber, EWF, as surfacing material which will be converted to pour-in-place (PIP) in a later phase.
All proposals must be in writing and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida 32570; and must be received by 10:00 a.m., October 20, 2015. The submittals will be publicly opened at this time. Only submittals received by the aforestated time and date will be considered. Proposals received after the time set for opening will be rejected and returned to the submitter. All submittals shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “RFP- Holley Ball Park Playground”. Submittals shall include one (1) original, five (5) copies of the proposal, and one (1) CD/Flash-drive with the full proposal included, (each document must be in an individual PDF format file).
