NOTICE TO BIDDERS
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors for the construction of the Settlers Colony Drainage Improvements Project. The project includes the concrete lining of an open FDOT ditch, the removal and replacement of storm pipe and inlets, the installation of new storm pipe and inlets, and the incidental removal and replacement of roadway and sod.
All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 a.m., November 17, 2015, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “BID – SETTLERS COLONY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT”. Bids received after the time set for the bid opening will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
Bid documents, including drawings and specification relative thereto may be inspected at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department located 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida. Plans and specifications may be secured from the Santa Rosa County Procurement office at a non-refundable cost of $25.00 per CD.

A Prebid meeting will be held at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department; located at 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, FL; at 10:00 A.M. (CST) November 3, 2015, attendance is strongly encouraged.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to award the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of Santa Rosa County.
