NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD PARKING LOT
The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed Contractors for the construction of the Industrial Boulevard Parking Lot. The project consists of the construction of a new asphalt parking lot with striping and lighting, retention pond and storm sewer.
All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department at 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 A. M., May 12, 2015, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “Bid – Industrial Blvd. Parking Lot”. Bids received after the time set for opening will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.

Project documents, including drawings and specifications relative thereto may be inspected at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida; and the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway Suite 300, Milton, Florida. Plans and specifications may be secured from the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department for a non-refundable cost of $100.00 per CD.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M., April 28, 2015 at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida 32570. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in bids, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to accept the bid that in its judgment is in the best interest of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
