NOTICE TO BIDDER
GENERAL DEMOLITION & CLEAN UP
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for the demolition of structures and clean up of the properties located at 5201 Dale Street, Pace, FL; 2584 Salamanca Street, Navarre, FL; 8305 Segura Street, Navarre, FL; and 4466 Tamarind Drive, Pace.
All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 a.m., February 23, 2016, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “BID – Abatement Projects.” Bids received after the time set for the bid opening will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder. Incomplete bids delivered to or received by the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department will be rejected in entirety. Copies of all required licenses shall be attached to the bid submittal.
There will be a Pre-bid Conference on February 17, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. at the Procurement Office located at 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida, 32570.
