NOTICE TO BIDDERS

FOR TOURIST CORRIDOR

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida

will receive quotes from qualified contractors for tourist corridor landscape maintenance

service for the following areas within the tourist corridor area in Navarre and along Hwy 98:

  • Navarre Beach Entrance at Bridge (Medians and R/W), S. Causeway, Gulf Blvd. Landscaped Areas (1-30)
  • Navarre Parkway Medians (Blue Tip Drive to Ortega St and the median at the intersection of US98 and US87)
  • Gulf Breeze Parkway Medians East (Avalon Blvd. to Tiger Point Blvd)
  • Gulf Breeze Parkway Medians West (Bayshore Rd. to Sanibel Ln.)

All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department at 6495 Caroline Street Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570; and must be received by 11:00 a.m. local time, on June 22, 2017, at which time bids will be publicly opened.  Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address.  E-mailed bid responses will be rejected.  Only bids received by the aforestated time, date and location will be considered.  All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled “BID# 17-044 – Tourist Corridor Landscape Maintenance”.  Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and FOUR (4) copies labeled “COPY” (5 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format..

A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 8, 2017 at 09:30 A.M., at the Navarre Park Visitors Center at 8543 Navarre Parkway, Navarre, FL 32566; attendance is strongly recommended.
