INVITATION TO BID
SANDPIPER VILLAGE PARK – SEAWALL AND DOCK REPAIR
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is calling for and requesting bids from properly licensed contractors to provide the construction of the Sandpiper Village Park Seawall and Dock Repair. The seawall and Dock repairs shall meet the conditions of the permitted plans and the FDEP permit.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of 120 linear feet of seawall along with the removal and replacement of a 1760 square foot dock.
All proposals must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 1:00 p.m., CST, Tuesday June 5, 2018 at which time will be publicly opened. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. E-mailed bid responses will be rejected. Only proposals received by the aforestated time and date will be considered. All proposals shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 18-047 SANDPIPER VILLAGE PARK SEAWALL AND DOCK REPAIR”. Submittals shall include one (1) original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and three (3) copies labeled “COPY”, and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday May 23, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., on site at the Sandpiper Village Park in Gulf Breeze, FL; attendance is strongly recommended. All interested parties are invited to attend.
