Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from qualified Florida licensed Underground Utility or General Contractors for the installation of drainage improvements as indicated within the bid package. The project is located in Navarre, Florida. The East Bay Boulevard Culvert Upgrade project will include pond excavation, installation of underground storm pipe and related structures, roadway construction, sidewalk construction, as well as other similar type items as indicated in the bid package.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite L, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 1:00 p.m. CST, August 8, 2019, at which time will be publicly opened. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. E-mailed bid responses will be rejected. Only bids received by the aforestated time, date and location will be considered. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB # 19-080 East Bay Boulevard Culvert Upgrade”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and three (3) copies labeled “COPY” (4 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway, Suite 300 Milton, Florida 32583. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
