INVITATION TO BID – PATTERSON LANE & PACE LANE
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for a General Contract for the construction of drainage improvements in the area of Patterson Lane and Pace Lane in Pace, Florida. Only properly licensed Contractors are invited to bid. This work includes demolition, construction of stormdrain pipes, drainage inlets, stormwater pond, asphalt paving, water service utilities, and appurtenances as shown on the project plans and by the project manuals.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. (CST), on October 24 2017, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. E-mailed bid responses will be rejected. Only bids received by the aforestated time and date will be considered. Bids received after this time will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 17-060 Patterson Lane & Pace Lane Drainage Improvements”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and THREE (3) copies labeled “COPY” (4 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
