INVITATION TO BID
GENERAL DEMOLITION & CLEAN UP
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for the demolition of structures and cleanup of the properties located at 5424 Maverick Ln, Gulf Breeze, FL; 2955 N 19th Avenue, Milton; and 6304 Simpson Dr, Milton, FL.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m., September 21, 2017, at which time will be publicly opened. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. Only bids received by the aforestated time and date will be considered. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “BID 17-058 – Abatement Projects.” Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and THREE (3) copies labeled “COPY” (4 total complete packages). Bids received after the time set for the bid opening will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder. Copies of all required licenses shall be attached to the bid submittal.
There will be a Pre-bid Conference on September 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Procurement Office located at 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida, 32570. It is strongly recommended that all interested parties attend the meeting.
