INVITATION TO BID
SR-26 SNORKEL REEF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the SR-26 Snorkel Reef Project. The project consists of furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and performing all operations in connection with artificial reef material construction, handling, loading, transport, and deployment within permitted reef areas in the Gulf of Mexico as indicated on the Construction Drawings and technical specifications. Only properly licensed and insured contractors are invited to bid on this project.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. (CST), Friday June 30, 2017, at which time will be publicly opened. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. E-mailed bid responses will be rejected. Only qualifications received by the aforestated time and date will be considered. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “RFQ 17-043 SR-26 SNORKEL REEF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and FOUR (4) copies labeled “COPY” (5 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format. A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 15, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570.
