Notice is hereby given that the members of the Santa Rosa County Canvassing Board for the November 6, 2018 General Election, will meet at the following times, at the Supervisor of Elections, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite F, Milton, FL:

 

9:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 17, 2018 – Logic and Accuracy Testing of Voting Equipment/Tabulation.

 

2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 23, 2018– The canvassing of vote-by-mail ballots will take place with the sealed vote-by-mail ballots made available for public inspection prior to processing from 1:30-2:00pm. Verification and tabulation of provisional ballots will take place as needed. The Canvassing Board will also perform any other duties that may be prescribed by law and will reconvene as necessary.

 

***9:00 a.m., Saturday, October 27, 2018 – Canvassing of Vote-By-Mail ballots will take place including verification and tabulation of provisional ballots as needed.  Canvassing board will also perform any other duties that may be prescribed by law.

 

***2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2018 – Canvassing of Vote-By-Mail ballots will take place including verification and tabulation of provisional ballots as needed.  Canvassing board will also perform any other duties that may be prescribed by law.

 

***9:00 a.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018 – Canvassing of Vote-By-Mail ballots will take place including verification and tabulation of provisional ballots as needed.  Canvassing board will also perform any other duties that may be prescribed by law.

 

***3:00 p.m., Monday, November 5, 2018 – Canvassing of Vote-By-Mail ballots will take place including verification and tabulation of provisional ballots as needed.  Canvassing board will also perform any other duties that may be prescribed by law.

 

5:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2018 – Election Day. (May convene earlier if necessary)

 

1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2018 – The Canvassing Board will meet to reconcile the General Election.

 

9:00 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2018 – Review and process any remaining provisional ballots and certify unofficial results.

 

2:00 p.m., Friday, November 16, 2018 – The review of Overseas Ballots to be processed. Certify official results and complete the Conduct of Election. During the meeting the board will also be conducting the pre-audit random precinct and race selection at 2:30 p.m.

 

2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2018 – The manual audit will be conducted.

 

***Will convene at these times if necessary

 

All Canvassing Board meetings are open to the public.
