To:     ALVA G. RUSSO, who is known to be dead;

AND ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED;

YOU ARE NOTIFIED  that an action to Reform a Deed and Quite Title on  the following real property in  Santa Rosa County, Florida:

             Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 3, Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida, thence South 1824.96 feet to the South right of way line of U.S. Highway 90; thence go North 63°58’00” East along said right of way line 957.08 to a nail & disk LB #5170 at the intersection of said South right-of-way line and the East right-of-way line of a state road ditch right-of-way; thence departing said South right-of-way go South 26°02’00” East along said East right-of-way line of state road ditch right-of-way line a distance of 88.53 feet to a Point of Intersection, and the Point of Beginning; thence departing said East right-of-way line continue South 26°02’00” East a distance of 207.97 feet to a point on the North line of Patriot Place Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 90 of the public records of said county; thence go North 87°54’00″West along the North line of said Patriot Place Subdivision and a Westerly extension there of a distance of 90.98 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of said state road ditch right-of-way; thence go North 00°06’39” West along said East right-of-way line a distance of 183.54 feet to the Point of Beginning. The above described parcel of land lying and being in Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jack Locklin, Jr., the plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 4557 Chumuckla Highway,  Pace, FL  32571, on or before  February 13, 2017, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
