NOTICE TO BIDDERS
WATER QUALITY SERVICES
The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from properly licensed contractors to provide water quality services at three county owned solid waste landfills. Services will include the collection and analysis of ground and surface water and leachate samples for semi-annual water quality reporting events. All data generated from the events will be delivered to the county in FDEP ADAPT and Santa Rosa County electronic data formats. In addition, the county may request the contractor provide analysis and reporting of the water quality data and the preparation and submission of technical reports to regulatory agencies in accordance with the facilities solid waste permits.
All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed EX, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department at 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida 32570; and must be received by 10:00 a.m. local time, on July 31, 2015, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “WATER QUALITY SERVICES”. Bids received after the time set for the bid opening will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Project documents may be inspected at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite g, Milton, Florida 32570, and the Santa Rosa County Environmental Department, 6065 Old Bagdad Highway, Milton Florida, 32583. Specifications may be secured from Santa Rosa County Procurement office, telephone number (850) 983-1870, at a non-refundable cost of $25.00 per CD.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to award the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of Santa Rosa County.
