Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for a General Contract for all labor, equipment, materials, fuel and any other incidental costs and supervision necessary for the demolition and removal of an existing baseball field, and to survey, layout, clear, grub, grade, surface and build a turn-key Miracle League Field and related recreational elements at Tiger Point Park in Gulf Breeze, Florida, per the construction bid documents and attachments. Only properly licensed Contractors are invited to bid.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite J, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. CST, September 13, 2018, at which time will be publicly opened. Secondary delivery location shall be to Suite M at the above address. E-mailed bid responses will be rejected. Only bids received by the aforestated time, date and location will be considered. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB # 18-057 Miracle League Field at Tiger Point”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and three (3) copies labeled “COPY” (4 total complete packages) along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Tiger Point Park, 1370 Tiger Park Ln. Gulf Breeze, Florida.
