A Navarre teen, James Taylor, 18, and his accomplice Tristan Turner, 17, were arrested Nov. 30 in Milton on various felony charges including using a weapon in the commission of a felony, intent to sell marijuana and larceny.
According to the arrest reports, a Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office deputy was transporting two people to jail when he observed a 2005 Chevrolet truck driving on the wrong side of the road. Concerned about public safety, the deputy initiated a traffic stop. Another deputy arrived and assumed control of the traffic stop.
