The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Tammie Lynette Gutierrez at her Milton residence April 1 and charged her with one count of possession or distribution of a listed chemical having reasonable cause to believe the chemical will be used to unlawfully manufacture a controlled substance.
According to the arrest report, witnesses told investigators Gutierrez was cooking meth at a residence on Bogeda Drive and that she had people buying boxes of pseudoephedrine for her.
The sheriff’s office researched Gutierrez’s pseudoephedrine purchases and found she had purchased or attempted to purchase pseudoephedrine 26 times between December 2012 and March 2o14 and sought a warrant for her arrest.
Gutierrez remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail on $10,000 bond.
