A former financial planner from Milton was indicted July 15 on charges of defrauding investors out of $500,000, according to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.
Former financial planner James A. Young III, 49, was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Pensacola after a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging him with two counts of wire fraud and three counts of failure to file tax returns over a three-year period.
