After two daughters and a move to the Sunshine State, Michelle Conley found herself at her highest weight. Even though she says she had always been overweight, this was her breaking point.
“I despised looking at myself in the mirror. Shopping for clothes was a nightmare. And I had no energy,” Conley said.
Conley and her family moved to Navarre with the military in 2014. When 2015 rolled around, she decided she needed a change, not just for herself but to be a good example for her two daughters as well.
