Glenn Marr is 73 and works out two hours a day, five days a week. That’s intense, even for those who hit the gym frequently.
“As long as I can do it, I’m going to do it,” Marr said of his routine. “We don’t last forever. Whatever I want to do, I am able to do, even if that means climbing the sand dunes at the beach.”
Marr had an early education in fitness when he joined the Marines at the age of 17. Years later, he played rugby for seven years. But it wasn’t until Marr had two knee replacements in 2012 that he found a renewed focus on fitness.
