Most health-related new year’s resolutions involve logging hours at the gym. If you want true success, however, nutrition has to be one of the main components. Local nutritionist Sylvia Tarnuzzer has spent years helping clients lose weight with one main strategy: break it into chunks.
“People come in with large amount of weight to lose. That large chunk was literally overwhelming for them to think about,” Tarnuzzer said about her clients who had often come shortly after a doctor’s visit.
Her next step is to break it down into smaller chunks.
