Santa Rosa County District 4 Commissioner Rob Williamson asked residents to take part in a survey to help him outline a plan for district improvements, and he received feedback from 991 residents.
Williamson announced Feb. 27 the results of the survey, including the top 5 concerns:
– traffic safety/congestion
– stormwater drainage/flood management
– beach renourishment funding
– bicycle and pedestrian facilities
– Santa Rosa Sound Water Quality
“The results provided some clarity as to where district four residents would like me to focus our efforts and our resources,” Williamson said.
Williamson is holding two meetings to discuss the survey: 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 3 at the Navarre Visitor Information Center, located at 8543 Navarre Parkway; and 6 p.m., Thursday, March 5, at the Navarre Library, located at 8484 James. M. Harvell Road.
