Four people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries following a three-car accident on Sunrise Drive at Marlin Street at around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Jeremy S. Morris, 36, of Navarre, was driving his Ford E150 south on Sunrise Drive when he veered left and crossed the center lane into the northbound lane. The front of his vehicle collided with the left side of a Lincoln Town Car, driven by Sheila Haney, 50, of Navarre. Her car rotated, causing Morris to strike the left side of a Kia Forte, driven by John J. Betham, 43, also of Navarre.
Lifeguard one person was transported by Lifeguard Air Ambulance Helicopter. Morris, Haney and Haney’s passenger were transported to Gulf Breeze Medical Center. Betham was transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center.
