In the wake of the arrest of a Santa Rosa County school bus driver last week on 10 counts of possession of child pornography, the Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office is launching an internal Supervisory Inquiry into why it took so long to secure an arrest warrant for the man.
Kenneth Dean Webb Jr., age 60, of Navarre, was arrested Sept. 7 and is being held in the Santa Rosa County Jail under a $100,000 bond. The investigation originated with a local Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force investigator from the Gulf Breeze Police Department in March.
