Santa Rosa jury convicts child sex offender

pardueA jury in Santa Rosa County deliberated for about an hour May 1 before finding 44-year-old Lee Calvin Pardue of Pensacola guilty on 33 counts of child-sex related offenses.

According to State Attorney Bill Eddins, Pardue faces a mandatory life sentence on each of two counts of Sexual Battery, a maximum sentence of life for Lewd or Lascivious Molestation and 200 years for the remaining charges.

Pardue was arrested Nov, 8, 2012 following an investigation by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office.
