Seven times in the past nine years, Holley Navarre Water System’s (HNWS) sodium levels have exceeded the maximum contaminant level set forth by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
HNWS General Manager Paul Gardner said saltwater intrusion is a common problem for water systems in the area.
