Roughly 200 residents and stakeholders armed with sticky notes and string weighed in on shaping Navarre’s future last week during the District 4 Master Plan’s first open house event at Navarre High School.
From high school students to retirees, individuals from diverse backgrounds were asked to give input on everything from what sidewalks should look like to fundamental flaws in the area’s transportation system.
