County commissioners did not commit to impact fees Tuesday during their regular meeting in Milton, but the board that has outright rejected the idea in the past allowed two potential proposals for fees to move forward.
Santa Rosa County School District approached the commission back in May to request the board create a draft ordinance enacting impact fees based on the results of a growth study.
