Port Navarre is back and there is a buyer interested in closing the deal.
Originally proposed in 2005, this estimated $300 million mixed-use resort village was put forth by a group of investors who saw potential for the island following hurricane Ivan.
This more than 23 acres of vacant land abutting Santa Rosa Sound is the largest undeveloped parcel left on Navarre Beach. The sales package is carrying with it a proposed resort design, the Port Navarre, that could add up to 671 new opportunities for bed tax collection.
