Police issue alert for three missing Navarre siblings

Police have issued a missing/endangered child alert for three Navarre siblings believed to be with their biological father who police have reason to believe is high on methamphetamine.

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, (OCSO) deputies said a custodial family member gave the father, Courtney William Howell, permission to spend the holidays with Arrianna, 6, Keondre, 10, and Deshawn, 13.

However, OCSO received a report that Howell is on methamphetamine and hallucinating. He was last seen in the area of Bradford Place in Fort Walton Beach traveling with the children on foot. Their current location is unknown.

According to police, Arianna Marie Howell has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing loose pajama pants and an unknown shirt. Keondre Lamar Howell as brown hair and brown eyes, weighs 70 pounds and is 4-foot-5. Deshawn William Howell has brown hair and brown eyes, he’s 4-foot-10 and 90 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black Nike shirt and black, red and white shorts

Anyone with information on the children’s’ whereabouts is asked to contact the OCSO at 850-651-7400
