Christopher Lance Kelley, 20, of Deena Lane in Navarre was arrested April 10 and charged with possession of counterfeit bills, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug equipment.
According to his arrest report, Kelley was pulled over by Santa Rosa deputies for a traffic violation. The deputy reportedly smelled marijuana coming from the car so he issued a Miranda Warning and asked him where he kept his marijuana and how much he had.
When the deputy searched the vehicle, he found 33.5 grams of marijuana, 44 counterfeit $20 bills, three small baggies and a scale.
He was given a bond of $2,500 pending his first appearance before a judge. He was released the next day.
