For the first time in 16 years there is a new sheriff in town, or at least in Santa Rosa County.
At 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, Bob Johnson officially took the reins from long time sheriff Wendell Hall who retired.
During his official swearing-in ceremony later that day, Johnson said he was lying awake all night thinking about what lies ahead.
