That was the stance of the county Zoning Board May 11 as they voted unanimously against a procedure change that could improve stormwater drainage in the county’s largest flood-prone subdivision.
The current version of a change in the building permit process would require builders in Holley by the Sea (HBTS) to provide wetlands permits before being cleared to build.
