The four defendants involved in a Gulf Breeze home invasion last August were sentenced yesterday in Santa Rosa Circuit Court.

Robert F. Fraser, 26, was sentenced to 30 years in state prison. Holly Caudle, 20, was sentenced to 20 years state prison. Frank A. Rogers, 19, and Teandre L. Altman, 21, were each sentenced to 15 years state prison consecutive to the federal sentences they previously received.

On Aug. 26, 2014, Caudle posted an ad and set up a meeting through Craigslist with the victim at his home in Gulf Breeze, according to court documents. The four defendants arrived at the victim’s home, and while Caudle distracted the victim, the three other co-defendants went inside and ambushed the victim, forcefully kicking and punching him to the ground. While inside the residence Fraser, Rogers and Altman stole cash and multiple firearms.

The defendants fled through Gulf Breeze, over the Three-Mile Bridge, and into Pensacola at speeds exceeding 120 mph, throwing some firearms into Escambia Bay, according to the report.

The defendants abandoned the vehicle off of Texar Drive in Pensacola.

The three men were sentenced Jan. 30 in federal court for federal firearms offenses committed during the invasion.

Fraser was sentenced to 21 years, eight months; Altman was sentenced to 16 years, seven months; and Rogers was sentenced to 10 years.

In September and October 2014, Fraser, Altman and Rogers pled guilty to charges of conspiracy and possession of stolen firearms arising from the incident. Fraser and Altman also pled guilty to charges of possessing firearms as convicted felons.
