HBTS President: I’m not going to put up with staff being abused like that

Members of the Holley by the Sea Improvement Association board of directors heard some choice language Thursday night at their regularly scheduled meeting.

About 20 members were also in the audience when staff played three recordings of conversations between angry homeowners and the staff members who fielded their calls.

In one of the calls, which happened last year, a woman chastised the employee, calling him “Mister” and telling him that he was not an appropriate employee and that he needed to get his (expletive) under control.
