It’s no surprise to residents along Woodbine Road in Pace that it’s the worst performing county road in Santa Rosa.
Residents describe waiting in traffic jams for a half-hour to escape onto Highway 90 for everything from doctor appointments to work to grocery shopping. The road functions as the major north-south connector to the Five Points area of Pace, meaning through traffic in addition to the hundreds of residential commuters.
With one lane in each direction, Woodbine is at max capacity.
