Customer Service Representative

Office Manager

Overall Responsibility:
Facilitates a customer service oriented experience and accurate ad placement for advertisers

  •  Takes in all advertising contracts and schedules for ad placement
  •  Writes up Job Tickets and takes them to the designer
  •  Sends ad proofs to clients in a timely manner
  •  Keeps track of changes to advertising
  •  Processes Public and Legal Notices and Job Announcements
  •  Prepares tear sheets for legal advertising, public and job announcements
  •  Gives Paginator ad run sheet in a timely manner for Navarre Press and Navarre Press publications
  •  Keeps the Paginator informed of ad changes
  •  Makes sure that we have several Business Billboards, Neighborhood Favorites
  •  Interfaces with Bookkeeper to make sure the advertisers are billed in a timely manner
  •  Makes sure Bookkeeper gets ad run sheets for billing back-up
  •  Schedules Special Sections. Has a calendar of upcoming special sections
  •  Provides a central location for legal advertising
  •  Works with the Florida Press Association on the placement of FCANS and FDANS
  •  Prepares all necessary paperwork
  •  Helps with the submission process for awards
  •  Updates and Maintains Signatures needed folder
  •  Filing all advertisement related filing
  •  Helps with MLS Listings for the Real Estate Guide
  •  Produces distribution paperwork for inserts
  •  Updates Job book as needed
  •  Other job duties as assigned
