Baccalaureate slated for May 26

Baccalaureate service, a graduation tradition that dates back hundreds of years, is scheduled for Navarre High School students on May 26, from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Community Life Center located at 4115 Soundside Drive.

Historically, this ceremony offers a quieter more personal opportunity to reflect on graduation and the rite of passage to a new life.  Clint Jernigan, youth pastor at Community Life Church said, “This non-denominational service is an effort by all community churches to provide the graduates with a personal and motivating message as they begin life outside of high school.”
