The Santa Rosa County School District cleared a fourth-grade Holley-Navarre Intermediate School teacher following allegations she cheated during the FCAT test.
In April, the office of the Inspector General received an anonymous complaint alleging Hilary Rivkind assisted her students on last year’s FCAT.
Oscar Restrepo, director of investigations for the Florida Department of Education, sent a letter to Santa Rosa County Superintendent of Schools Tim Wyrosdick alerting him of the complaint.
“Specifically, the complainant alleges that Ms. Rivkind would ask the students to re-check their answers if the first answer they selected was incorrect,” Restrepo wrote.
