COVID-19 liability looms over business re-openings

Florida is opening, as are many states across the U.S., but small business owners may face a new threat as they get back to business.

About 70% of small businesses are concerned they will be sued due to a customer or employee contracting COVID-19 while on their premises, according to a survey by the National Federation for Independent Business (NFIB).
