Having organization in your home is a very attainable goal with the help of Closets by Design.
The team at Closets by Design Emerald Coast can design an attractive storage space for any area of your home that needs organizing. And the best part? It’s designed to fit your budget, too!
Closets by Design, located at 27 Mason Lane, Unit B in Pensacola, has been open for a year and a half now. Owners Jimmy and Samantha Floyd opened Closets by Design to provide organization for homes from Mobile County in Alabama all the way over to Bay County near Panama City.
Samantha has always been very passionate about interior design.
“I like it because it makes your life so much more peaceful and time effective,” she said.
She spent almost 18 years in the wall decor industry, where she helped design, manufacture and sell wall decor to clients in the U.S. and abroad. Samantha carried this zeal into her new business designing organization spaces for local homes.
They don’t just specialize in closets either. Closets by Design services any area of the house that needs tidying. The Floyds and their efficient crew design pantries, laundry rooms, garages and walk-in closets to name a few. Closets by Design even offers Murphey beds that fold into your wall to allow for more floor space.
“We can provide organization for you anywhere in the home, any need you have if you would allow us to bring a designer in. It’s a free consultation. It doesn’t cost you anything to get an idea, our designers’ ideas, and learn our pricing so you can make a comprehensive decision,” Samantha said.
Customer satisfaction is the main focus at Closets by Design.
“It’s really important for us to do a really good job, cross our Ts, dot our Is and make sure that we’re leaving them with exactly what they want,” Samantha said.
The Closets by Design franchise has been in business since 1982. With all their history and expertise, they understand not only the customer’s needs but also the materials required to do the job. They place a priority on using the highest-grade materials to produce the best product possible for their customers.
“We feel like that sets us apart,” Samantha said. “Our team is passionate about not only the design part of it in the home but also the precise manufacturing at the office and the install team who meets the customer in their home and puts the product in and makes sure it is everything the customer dreamed of.”
The designers take their time to educate the homeowners on the product and to hear out their specific requests, so they can meet the need they have for their home.
At the end of the day, this is an investment in your home, and it is a process.
“It’s not like going to the store and buying a $5 shoe shelf. This takes time and understanding,” Samantha added.
To someone with a messy closet, Samantha would say, “What day and time works best for you? I have a designer in your area that would love to come see you. And by the way, it’s a free in-home consultation. There’s no obligation!”
Closets by Design also offers free tours of the back of the office for their customers to see how the product is cut and put together.
Continuing into 2020, Closets by Design plans to pinpoint ways to really give back to the community. They want to become a bigger part of the community, not just for closet organizing, but for contributing to people in need of help.
“We want to bless more than we’ve been blessed,” Samantha said.
