Corliss Castro never imagined she would become a park ranger.
Before getting into the career, she was in a job on the opposite end of the spectrum.
“I was a secretary in a medical office and indoors all day,” Castro said.
She applied for a secretary position at St. Andrews State Park in Panama City a decade ago. Over time, she gravitated to the outdoors side of working at a park.
