While TV viewership for the biggest sporting event in the U.S. is expected to be roughly on par with last year’s, projected spending has jumped to $15.3 billion for Super Bowl LII, according to the National Retail Federation’s annual Super Bowl survey.
As the Philadelphia Eagles square off with the New England Patriots, about 188.5 million people will tune in for the game according to Prosper Insights and Analytics, the company that performs the annual survey.
