There are more Facebook users than there are people living in China. Throughout the world, a handful of social media platforms have the eyes and ears of billions of consumers each day.
These websites can be great tools for small businesses to get their name out there, but the wrong message on the wrong platform will do no good said Adam McCloskey of the Florida Small Business Development Center at University of West Florida (SBDC).
