Multiple intersections flooded in Navarre

The intersection of Ortega Street and Onich Drive is underwater following a heavy storm Thursday afternoon that dumped as much as 3 inches of rain in an area already saturated by earlier storms. Public works employees just blocked off the intersection. At least four cars are stalled in the area.
