The City of Gulf Breeze and architectural firm McKim & Creed have been recognized for their work on a walkway and boardwalk trail. The recognition came in the form of an award presented to the project team at the ACEC-FL awards banquet in Orlando in February. ACEC stands for the American Council of Engineering Companies. The “Multi-Use Pathway Phase 1 and Wetlands Trail Boardwalk Project” secured an honor award in the Special Projects category. The plaque was presented to the City Council March 4.
