REBUILD hardened home survives Century tornado

What started as a grassroots effort by a group of people in response to Hurricane Ivan in 2005, has turned into REBUILD Northwest Florida, a nonprofit that has received more than $89 million in FEMA funds and has “hurricane hardened” 12,000 homes.
